Have you recently moved and need to update your mailing address? Please email us at: info@uslhs.org to make sure the information we have for you is accurate!  Make sure you don't miss a single issue of The Keeper's Log. 

Gift Memberships Are Available

Simply select the level you would like and choose "Gift Membership" from the options.  Then, after you enter the billing and shipping address as part of the check-out process, you will be asked if this is a gift. Select yes, and provide the gift recipient's shipping information.

The Gift Recipient will receive a note with their membership packet informing them whom the gift is from; unless otherwise specified.

Or - Print out a Gift Membership form that you can mail in.
