From the white cliffs of Dover to the rugged granite shores of Cornwall, this exclusive tour explores some of Britain’s most historic and scenic lighthouses. The northern part of Maine - known as "way down east" -  has some spectacular lighthouses along its rocky coast, and on this tour you will see 25 of them. You will also visit Acadia National Park and Roosevelt Campobello International Park. We'll start in Bangor, Maine, and travel all the way to West Quoddy Head at the easternmost point in the U.S., and over to Head Harbor Lighthouse in Canada.  There may be surprises along the way, such as whales or seals.

What a wonderful way to see the lighthouses of British Columbia and Alaska.  The cruise ship will take care of our comfort needs while we look through our cameras at the 20 plus lighthouses we will see.  As the tour is more developed there will be a guide showing you what lighthouses will be seen at approximate times and from what side of the boat.  Since the boat is returning in almost the same route it is departing you will have more than one chance to get a view of these lighthouses.  There will be 2 excursions while in port as part of this tour price.

The Upper Michigan peninsula - also known colloquially as the U.P. or Yoop - is the northern and more elevated of the two major landmasses that make up the U.S. state of Michigan; it is separated from the Lower Peninsulas by the Straits of Mackinac. While there you may be called a "Fudgey" - what the locals call tourists, originated from the regions famous fudge shops there. Join us on the lighthouse search in this unique area to see more than 30 lighthouses from land and sea. Don't miss the opportunity to see these lighthouse.

Join us on a lighthouse tour of Norway. Norway's main nickname is "The Land of the Midnight Sun", due to the natural phenomenon where the sun stays above the horizon for 24 hours in the northern parts of the country during summer. So we will stand a good chance of seeing the northern lights on this tour. The landscape is very unique and the the lighthouses are one of a kind. The cuisine of Norway is diverse - from pungent seafood to crumbly cheeses and unusual meat dishes. This is the food you never knew you wanted to try.
