Miscellaneous Remarks: Roof of bldg req's attention as it leaks very much. A boat is very much needed as old one was condemned. Pump & fences req. repairing. Revolving parts of app are very much worn; & horiz. & vert. wheels of carriage req. replacing.

Service Lamp: In good condition, the glass chimney was free from soot, smoke or stains.
Oil: Oil examined & found to be free from motes, dust or dirt. It had not been filtered.
Service Lamp Burner: In good condition, clean & free from all gummy or burnt oil. Wicks are well trimmed.
Service Lamp Burner Level: It was found to be level.
Plate Glass: Clean in all respects, 2 panes fractured.
Lens Cover: Cover was on, clean, made of linen ticking, hung up in the Lantern room when not in use.
Lantern Curtains: 2 sets in good condition, made of linen ticking, very clean, put up & taken down at proper time.
Carillon or Alarm Bell: There is none required.
Rod Lamp: The Rod Lamp is in good condition.
Dwelling: In good condition, generally, but requires some slight repairs to prevent it from leaking.
