Oil: Sample examined & found to be free from all objectionable matter. It had not been filtered.
Service Lamp Burner: It was free from gummy or burnt oil, & the wick well trimmed.
Service Lamp Burner Level: It was found to be level.
Plate Glass: It is clean, free from scratches, stains or dirt.
Lens Cover: It was on: clean: made of linen ticking put up & taken down at the proper time.
Lantern Curtains: 2 sets in good condition put up & taken down at the proper time.
Carillon or Alarm Bell: None required.
Rod Lamp: Rod lamp in good condition.
Dwelling: Very good condition.
Stairway and Landing: They are clean.
Inside of Tower: In good condition, whitewashed.

Dome: They were painted according to Instructions. The Lightning Rod was in good condition, the end led into the ground.
