Service Lamp Burner: It was free from all gummy or burnt oil & the wicks were well trimmed.

Plate Glass: In good condition free from scratches stains or dirt.
Lens Cover: Lens on, clean. Made of linen ticking hung up in the lantern room when not in use.
Lantern Curtains: 2 sets in good condition made of linen ticking. Taken down & put up at proper time.

Rod Lamp: In good condition, clean & kept ready for use.
Dwelling: In good condition.
Stairway and Landing: Very clean & painted.
