Lantern and Trap Doors: There is no trap door; lantern door fits tightly.
Watch or Trimming Room: All these articles appeared to be kept in their proper places.
Lucernes or Matches: There were some of these articles lying about. Keeper's attention was called to the impropriety.

Ventilation: There were no ventilators. Keeper understands how to air the bldg.
Dome: They were so painted. Lightning conductor was in good order & led into the water.
